We just got news last night that Steve's Uncle Jim (his dad's brother) passed away. He went to sleep and never woke up. He was such a great guy, my favorite part of Steve's extended family. They welcomed me with open arms when we first met. It is rare to meet such a genuine person, he had a big heart and was so loving to his family. My heart hurts for his wife Carole and his daughters Jennifer and Janise. He was only 63.

Thanks for having us over for dinner the other night. It was great to hang out and get to know you all better. Even though we actually met at Mandy's wedding I feel like I can now say it was nice to meet you. We had a great time. We'll have to invite you all over sometime soon. Our house is teensy but we can all pretend we are sardines or something... :)
The weather was awesome! 70-80 degrees all weekend. It was great to see family and friends though. I made Thorey jealous because I got to play with Magnus! It was great to meet you too.
